While The Cellar Peanut Pub – Pella is thriving, The Cellar Peanut Pub – Oskaloosa will be no more in 2018. The property in Oskaloosa was sold in late 2017 in order to make way for yet another new venture in Pella, Iowa. While we miss aspects of the past we look forward to our future and to new challenges. Stay tuned for details of our next great adventure.
We are excited to announce that we will soon be opening The Cellar Peanut Pub – Pella in the heart of downtown Pella, Iowa. 50 Craft beers on tap, top shelf spirits, our World Famous Bloody Mary and of course peanuts will be on the menu. We have been hard at work and plan to open sometime in March-ish 2016. See you soon Pella!

In October 2013, Pub Nation nominated our made from scratch Bloody Mary as part of the contest “Thrillist’s 2013 Search For America’s Best Bloodys.” We were able to travel to New York Food & Wine Festival where we competed against eight others from around the US. After preparing 500 of our famous bloodies for the likes of Ted Allen and the cast of The Food Network’s Chopped, ours was voted second best in the nation and we took home the title of “Most Creative.
